Nordic Design LLC ("NØRDERM", "we", "us") operates norderm.co. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and what rights you have.

Information we collect

When you place an order: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, and phone number. Your payment card details are entered directly into our payment processor and we never see or store your full card number.

When you browse: your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and referring site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

When you contact us or subscribe: your email address and whatever you choose to tell us.

Why we use it

To process and ship your order, to send you order and shipping confirmations, to answer your questions, to detect and prevent fraud, and — only if you have opted in — to send you marketing emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in any such email.

Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary with:

• Shopify Inc., which hosts our store and processes payments
• Shipping carriers, so they can deliver your order
• Our fulfilment partner, so they can pick and pack your order
• Authorities, where we are legally required to

We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our tax and accounting obligations. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to give you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA additionally gives you the right to know what we collect and why, to delete it, to correct it, to opt out of sale or sharing of your personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA.

If you are a Washington resident, the My Health My Data Act gives you rights over consumer health data. We do not collect health data: our products are cosmetics, we do not ask you about medical conditions, and we do not infer health information from your purchases.

Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for the store to work — keeping your cart, keeping you signed in, and securing checkout — and analytics cookies that tell us how the store is used. You can block cookies in your browser, but parts of the store may stop working.

Children

Our store is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above and, where the change is significant, tell you by email.
