Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of norderm.co and any purchase you make from it. The store is operated by Nordic Design LLC ("NØRDERM", "we", "us"), a Washington limited liability company.

Using this store

By using this store you confirm that you are at least the age of majority where you live, and that the information you give us is accurate. We may refuse service or cancel an order at our discretion — for example where we suspect fraud or where a product has been listed at an obviously incorrect price.

Products and pricing

We do our best to show our products accurately, but colours and detail vary between screens, and the photograph is an illustration rather than a guarantee of exact appearance. Prices are in US dollars, shown before sales tax, and tax is calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time; the price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.

Products are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable after you have ordered, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Your order

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send your shipping confirmation. Title and risk pass to you on delivery.

Cosmetic products — important

Our products are cosmetics, not drugs. They are intended to cleanse and improve the appearance of skin. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and nothing on this site is medical advice.

Always read the ingredient list before use, and patch-test if you have sensitive or reactive skin. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under medical care, or using prescription topical treatments, talk to a healthcare professional before using retinol or other active products. Discontinue use and seek advice if irritation occurs.

Intellectual property

All content on this store — text, photography, artwork, logos and the NØRDERM name — belongs to us or is used with permission, and may not be reproduced without our written consent.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of this store or from any product is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
