Refund Policy

Skincare takes time to show what it can do. A retinol needs eight to twelve weeks; a vitamin C serum, four to eight. So we give you 60 days — long enough to actually find out.

Our guarantee

Try it. If it isn't right for you, we'll refund you — even if the bottle is open.

Within 60 days of delivery, you can request a refund on your first bottle of any product, opened or unopened. We don't ask for photographs, we don't ask you to justify it, and in most cases we don't ask for the product back.

This applies once per product per customer. Beyond that, the rules below for unopened items apply.

How it works

If the product is open, keep it or dispose of it. Cosmetics that have been opened can't be resold, so sending it back costs us both money and helps nobody. We simply refund you.

If the product is unopened and sealed, you can return it and we'll refund you in full. You cover the return postage, and we recommend a tracked service — we can't refund an item that never reaches us. Email us first so we can confirm your return and give you the address; parcels that arrive unannounced are hard for us to match to an order.

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, that's on us. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, including the shipping you paid. You won't need to send anything back.

Refunds

Once your request is approved we'll issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few days more to post it. Original shipping charges are refunded when the return is our error; otherwise they aren't.

There is no restocking fee.

Cancellations

You can cancel at no cost any time before your order ships. Contact us as soon as you can — once a parcel is with the carrier we can't stop it.
